Thirsty For Righteousness?

I personally believe that Jesus meant it when he said, that those who hunger and thirst for right-standing with God would be filled. I don't hold to the doctrine that Matthew 5:6 is for believers.

Not only are we filled with Mr. Righteous himself, but, because of Christ, we are the righteousness of God.

How? you ask. In Christ. God put the wrong on him who
never did anything wrong, so we could be put right with God.
